500 year old temple with lots of stories from the royal era. Its situated 7Kms from the Thiruvanantha puram city. This temple is listed in the rare temples list of the state that has Rajagopuram. Large gopuram and the temple itself resembles that of Tamilnadu temples. Main goddess is Chamundi devi. Separate spaces for Bala chamundi and Raktha Chamundi. A strong belief exists that devi has the power to reveal the stolen things. The temple became famous as the temple stands for truth.
